The location near place of interest in solo

Payment methode in this hotel very bad, because I have been charged again even I have already pay by using my credit card when I made reservation, but I have to pay again directly to the hotel. That was mean I have to pay twice for only one night stay.

I complaint to this hotel because I to pay twice, the first one when I made resevation via internet, the scond one when I checked ot I have to pay again directly to the hotel. U can check top the hotel.

I like the room layout, clean room, nice lobby, nice bathroom. Will stay at hotel again.

The pool is very small, the sound proof of the room is not good.

Staff are extremely friendly, attentive and professional. Al staff, including restaurant, front desk, porters, housekeeping etc. No exceptions. Rooms are comfortable, at affordable prices. Airport shuttle service excellent. Will stay here again next time in Solo.

Swimming pool area a bit small, food at the restaurant sometimes good, sometimes not so good. It is better to stick to the Indonesian dishes and avoid the Western dishes.

The price, the place, the location, hospitality, the food ! All is great !

Cosy Room and Good Food Menu

The bathroom is not deigned and constructed properly that when you take ashower water splash to the floor.The tub should be lowered so taht water dripped to the tub instead around the perimeter of the bathtub. The hotel is located in a muslim state and cleanliness is important and there should be a bidet for cleansing after using the toilet.

Lunch buffet menu was not as expected from a four star hotel

Prime location, can go with becak everywhere. Near shopping location for any kind of batik. Nice hotel staff not only receptionist but all of staff include doorman n security. Comfort room with new style interior and flat tv. Every penny I spent worthed.

The bathroom not too clean, where the wall a little bit sticky cos soap's foam not cleaned up well.

The art design/exterior with traditional "kreta2 n patung2" in front..

- Car pick up & drop from/to airport should be free of charge, no need to pay. (Complimentary) - a chair in the room is too big and not in a strategic position,, - in front of the hotel there is " gerobak jualan" which make dirty for your hotel surroundings....but becak is OK for transportation - no "sign" for moslem praying (ussualy there always be a little thick arrow on the ceiling) coz I'm only 1 night, so that's only I can say...thank you
